To join online, complete application, attach form and photograph of your vehicle and send email to us then remit payment by Paypal to glendaleknights@yahoo.com.
You will receive an email confirmation with your registration information.
By mail, please complete application, include clear photograph(s) of your vehicle(s)
and mail with your check payable to:
